How long does an order take?
Usually 1 to 3 days. Big jobs can take up to a week. It depends on the size, how long it prints and how many you want.
What file types can you print?
STL and OBJ work best. Got something else? Run it through the CAD converter first.
I have a file. How much will it cost?
Drop it in the price estimator. It's an estimate, so if the number works for you, hit the WhatsApp button and we'll give you the final price and how long it'll take.
How much is a name keychain?
A flat 2 JD. Make it in the keychain generator, then send it to the pricer. Bulk quantities follow different pricing rules, message us for a quote on bulk.
I have an idea but no 3D model. What now?
Find a modeller on our marketplace who fits your budget and timeline. Once you've agreed a price with them for the model, we'll price the print. These projects are hard to estimate, so the price can move along the way.

Do you deliver?
Yes, anywhere in Jordan. Pickup works too if we can arrange it.
FDM or resin?
FDM (filament) is for strong parts you'll actually use, and for bigger stuff. Resin is for small pieces with lots of detail, like miniatures. Not sure? Send us the model and we'll tell you.
What materials do you print with?
PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU, plus nylon and carbon-fibre blends, and standard resin. The price estimator shows the price per gram for each.
My STL has errors. Can you still print it?
Usually, yeah. Check it with our STL repair tool to see what's wrong, then send it over and we'll sort it.
Is there a minimum price?
FDM prints have a 1.50 JD base fee, and resin prints start at 2 JD. Small parts are cheap, and the estimator shows the price right away.

Do you ship outside Jordan?
Yes, we deliver locally and internationally. Local pickup works too.
Is everything used?
Well, no shit. Most of our stock is 20+ years old. But every piece is cleaned, tested, refurbished and guaranteed to work, and every handheld gets a new battery.
How does the warranty work?
You get 1 month from the day you buy. If what you got doesn't match the listing (stick drift, a cracked screen, that kind of thing), you can get your money back in full or swap it for something worth about the same.
Can I exchange something?
Only under the warranty. Otherwise, once it's yours, it's yours. We usually have just one of each thing, so think it through before you buy.
Do you buy stuff too?
Yes. We buy, sell and trade anything retro gaming, and we're open to offers. Got something you think we'd want? Send us the details and we'll get back to you.
How do I order something?
Open the listing and hit WhatsApp or Instagram. Tell us which piece and we'll take it from there. Most things are one of one and go fast.
Do you test everything before listing it?
Yes, every piece gets cleaned, tested and refurbished first. Want proof? DM us and we'll send a video of that exact unit working.
How often do you add new stock?
Whenever we find something. New pieces go up as they come in, and sold ones get marked SOLD straight away. Follow @vintage.karaza to catch new drops.
